  WHY WORK FOR YL? なぜYLで働くのか？

  At YL, we love to work with fresh talent and cherish the opportunity to offer creatives the chance to develop and grow through real-world, on-the-job experience.
  
  YL is currently looking for Tokyo-based interns with a background in design to work alongside the internal YL team on a range of projects, both for external clients and in-house projects.
  
  Design fluency is more important than language ability, but ideally, you'd be able to communicate in Japanese and/ or English, as they're the main languages used in the office. This role is best suited to a final year university student or someone studying design on a full/ part-time basis.

  Y+L Projectsでは、若く新しい考え方や才能を持つ方々と一緒に働き、そういった方々が実際の現場での経験を通して、成長し成功していく機会を大切にしています。
  
  Y+L Projectsでは現在、東京を拠点にデザイナーとしてご協力頂けるインターンを募集しています。外部クライアントや社内プロジェクトの両方に取り組むため、Y+L Projectsの内部チームと一緒に働いていただきます。
  
  採用の基準として、言語能力よりもデザイナーとしてのスキルの方が重要視されますが、可能であれば日本語と英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方が望ましいです。
  
  大学の最終学年の学生、またはデザインを専攻している方に最適な募集となっています。

  WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING: 求める人材像

  • Knowledge/ understanding of key design tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma Illustrator, Adobe XD、Photoshop、Figmaなどの主要なデザインツールを理解し使用する能力
  • The ability to create digital content for social media ソーシャルメディア用のグラフィックが作れる
  • Japanese or English ability (both are a big plus) 日本語または英語の能力（バイリンガルの方大歓迎です！）
  • The ability to be flexible and work between projects プロジェクト間で柔軟に働く能力
  • Good communication skills 良好なコミュニケーション能力
  • Clear organizational skills 明確にモノゴトをまとめる能力
  • An understanding of the design world discourse (trends, developments etc) デザイン業界のトレンドや動向などを理解し、それを論述する能力
  • A folio of work (in any format) showcasing skills and knowledge スキルや知識を示すポートフォリオの提出（形式は問いません）

  CONDITIONS 条件

  • Transportation fee is covered 交通費は支給されます。
  • This is a paid internship, so there will be a stipend (negotiable) 有給のインターンシップです。
  • Office/ remote hybrid work model is possible オフィスワーク/リモートワークのハイブリッドワークが可能です。
  • Time dedication is flexible, but ideally, we'd like someone who can dedicate 24 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. 勤務時間は柔軟ですが、週に24時間、最低3ヶ月という条件での参加を希望しています。
